Experience. DCFL has been fortunate in attracting landmen with experience and exposure to numerous facets of land work. Each landman represents the client in negotiations with an approach that each transaction will result in a win-win scenario. All landmen representing DCFL are members of AAPL.
Integrity. DCFL’s land personnel are honest in dealing with landowners and providing accurate information in generating ownership reports. Each landman is accountable for time and expenses incurred and the responsibility of contributing to the success of each project. All associates demonstrate a strong work ethic.
Knowledge. The management of DCFL operates under the premise that knowledge is the key tool in arming a landman. To that end, all personnel have attended seminars developed by DCFL, as well as AAPL workshops. This training provides a favorable learning opportunity in a small group setting and a workbook as a reference for subsequent reinforcement of land concepts.
